Dr.Y. Indibor Singh, Director of Karkinos Healthcare, Manipur, emphasised the importance of maintaining good health in an increasingly competitive society. He encouraged individuals to devote at least 30 minutes to an hour each day to maintaining their health and underlined the importance of regular medical check-ups and monitoring.
