In line with the Government of India’s initiative to promote digital empowerment and ease of living for pensioners, the Office of the Controller of Communication Accounts (CCA), Karnataka Circle, Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, will organize Digital Life Certificate (Jeevan Pramaan) Camps across the state during November 2026. These camps aim to facilitate the convenient generation and submission of annual Life Certificates for Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) pensioners across Karnataka.

To ensure seamless accessibility, special assistance camps will be conducted at multiple key locations in the state. In Bengaluru, the camp will run on all working days throughout the month of November starting from 2nd November 2026 at the O/o CCA, Karnataka Circle, Sanchar Soudha, Bengaluru. Regionally, camps will be held in Hubballi on 2nd and 3rd November 2026 at the O/o GM Hubballi TD BSNL; in Mangaluru on 6th November 2026 at the O/o PGM, Mangaluru TD, BSNL; in Mysuru on 11th November 2026 at the O/o GM, Mysuru TD, BSNL; in Belagavi on 13th November 2026 at the O/o GM Belagavi TD, BSNL; and in Kalaburagi on 16th November 2026 at the O/o GM, Kalaburagi TD, BSNL.

Officials at these venues will provide on-the-spot technical assistance for generating and submitting Digital Life Certificates. Additionally, Pension ID card application forms and Know Your Pensioner forms will be made available at all camp venues to facilitate the issuance of pensioner identity cards and the updating of official pensioner records. Pensioners are encouraged to visit their nearest camp location on the scheduled dates to avail themselves of these services.
