Radhanagar, Tripura – Reinforcing its commitment towards empowering the youth of the Northeast through quality of education and career guidance, Radhanagar Battalion of Assam Rifles has achieved an outstanding milestone with the remarkable performance of students enrolled at the NIEDO Coaching Centre at Teliamura.

The results of Batch III reflect the success of the initiative. Out of 24 students, 22 students qualified in the NEET 2026 examination, demonstrating the effectiveness of the coaching programme and the dedication of both the students and mentors. Among the successful candidates, 12 are girls and 10 are boys, reflecting the programme’s inclusive approach towards nurturing young talent.

The qualified students represent a diverse cross-section of the Northeast, highlighting the regional impact of the initiative. The successful candidates belong to the districts of Khowai, Dhalai, Unakoti, West Tripura, South Tripura and North Tripura in Tripura. In addition, students from Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram also qualified, showcasing the growing reach and credibility of the NIEDO coaching programme across the region.

The outstanding achievement underscores Assam Rifles’ continued commitment towards nurturing the aspirations of the youth by providing quality mentoring, guidance and educational support. The initiative reflects the Force’s dedication to nation-building by creating opportunities for talented students from remote and underserved areas to pursue careers in the medical profession.
