Agartala, 29th May 2026: Public Sector Oil Marketing Companies Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited have confirmed that stocks of Petrol, Diesel, and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) are fully adequate and being supplied without any interruption across Tripura.

All retail outlets, LPG distributors, terminals, and depots are operating normally. The fuel supply chain remains robust, with replenishment cycles running on schedule at all storage and distribution points across the State.

Domestic LPG consumers can expect continued regular deliveries through their respective distributors. Home delivery of LPG cylinders is proceeding as usual, and consumers may book refills through standard channels by phone, app, or online portal without any need to visit distributor premises. Petrol and Diesel are also available normally across all Retail Outlets.

The Oil Industry is maintaining active coordination across logistics, transportation, and retail networks to ensure that no disruption occurs at any point in the supply chain. Stock levels are being monitored on a real-time basis by all three Oil Marketing Companies.

Consumers are advised to purchase fuel and book LPG refills as per their requirements and refrain from panic buying or stockpiling, as adequate quantities are available for all. The public is urged to rely solely on official communications from Oil Marketing Companies and government authorities for accurate information on fuel availability, and to disregard unverified reports or rumours.
