Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate a One-day Global Mobility conclave at Thiruvananthapuram tomorrow (OCTOBER 7). The Protector of Emigrants, (Thiruvananthapuram & Cochin), under the Ministry of External Affairs is organizing the conclave jointly with Non Resident Keralites Affairs Department, NORKA, Government of Kerala. The Secretary, Overseas Indian Affairs, OIA, Arun Kumar Chatterjee will address the conclave.

According to Protector of Emigrants, PoE, Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi, Shashank Tripathi, the Conclave will address ways and means to curb cheating by unscrupulous fake recruiting agencies and complaint redressal mechanisms. Senior officials from the Ministry of External Affairs, State Government representatives, experts, skill development agencies, approved recruitment agencies and other stakeholders of the field will be present. Registration will begin at 8.30 AM, and sessions will commence at 9.30 AM.
