The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Regional Office, Naroda organised a seminar on “Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojana” at the, Gandhinagar Electronics Zone Industries Association (GEZIA), Sector 25, Gandhinagar. Shri Yogesh Kumar, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner - I, and Shri Kana Ram Meena, RPFC-II, Regional Office, Naroda attended the seminar.

The seminar also witnessed enthusiastic participation of over 100 industrialists, including Shri Chanakya Patel, President – GEZIA, Shri Amrutbhai Patel, Secretary – GEZIA, and other dignitaries of the Association. Senior representatives from prominent establishments, such as Shri Shailesh Kumar Modi, Assistant Vice President, Kalpataru Projects International. Ltd. and Shri Dheeraj Aggarwal, Senior Manager, Baroda Global Shared Services Pvt. Ltd., along with HR professionals and contractors from GEZIA, were also present.

In his welcome address, Shri Chanakya Patel emphasised the importance of the Scheme for the industry and appreciated the government’s initiative to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers while fostering sustainable employment. He expressed gratitude to EPFO for organising a seminar for the awareness of the Scheme.

Delivering the keynote address, Shri Yogesh Kumar, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-I, Regional Office, Naroda highlighted the objectives of the Scheme, which aim to generate sustained employment, support for first-time job seekers, enhance skills and employability and broaden the social security coverage. He appealed to all participants to ensure timely registration under the Scheme to maximize its benefits.
