In a significant step toward enhancing Aadhaar enrollment and update processes in Gujarat, the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) Headquarters, in coordination with the UIDAI State Office, Ahmedabad, and the Gujarat Education Department, organized a Mega Training Program on April 22, 2025. The training was held at Ahmedabad and focused on strengthening the Aadhaar ecosystem for the Gujarat Education Department.

The program was led by Shri Hitesh Gujjar, Master Trainer from UIDAI Headquarters, along with Shri Kumar Anand, Section Officer (SO), and Shri Ashwin Desai, Assistant Manager (AM), from the UIDAI State Office, Ahmedabad. Approximately 150 participants, including operators, supervisors, master trainers, and district nodal officers from 15 districts of Gujarat, attended the training.

The training covered a comprehensive agenda to equip participants with the latest knowledge and skills for Aadhaar enrollment and updates.

3. List of Acceptable Documents for Aadhaar Enrollment and Update

7. Technical Aspects of Aadhaar Operations

8. Learning Management System (LMS) Processes

9. Interactive Question-and-Answer Session

 

Shri Hitesh Gujjar emphasized the importance of adhering to UIDAI guidelines to ensure seamless and secure Aadhaar services. He highlighted the role of Aadhaar in advancing the Digital India vision and urged participants to leverage tools like the mAadhaar app to enhance service delivery. Shri Kumar Anand and Shri Ashwin Desai addressed technical and operational queries, ensuring participants were well-equipped to implement the training outcomes.

The training also underscored the significance of compliance with the Aadhaar Act and the adoption of UIDAI’s latest policies to streamline enrollment and update processes across Gujarat.
