In alignment with its vision to emerge as a premier national institution for security and strategic studies, the Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Uttar Pradesh Campus, successfully organized a special job fair aimed at providing new career opportunities to retired personnel of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF).

The event witnessed the participation of approximately 250 retired CAPF officers, who appeared for interviews with various reputed companies and explored potential avenues for their post-retirement professional journeys. A total of 11 distinguished companies participated in the event, offering recruitment for approx. 30 diverse job roles aligned with the specialized skills and experiences the officers had acquired during their service in the Central armed police forces.

The key roles offered included Marketing Manager, Senior Accountant, Branch Manager, Field Officer, and Supervisor, amongst others. These positions primarily emphasized expertise in security management, leadership, and disciplined work ethics, reflecting the professional values instilled in CAPF officers and consistent with the standards upheld by RRU.

Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Manjari Chandra, Director of Rashtriya Raksha University, Uttar Pradesh Campus, said:

 "It is a matter of immense pride for us to provide a platform that facilitates a meaningful second career for our retired officers. Their domain-specific expertise, integrity, and dedication make them invaluable assets to the corporate and industrial sectors, particularly in areas concerning safety and security."

Also in attendance was Mr. Nimesh Dave, Director of the SPICSM, who played a pivotal role in the strategic planning, coordination, and successful execution of the event. His contributions ensured that the sessions were conducted efficiently and professionally.

The job fair is a direct reflection of RRU's commitment to National Security and its mission to advance knowledge, skills, and research in the domains of security, policing, and strategic studies. Through such initiatives, the university continues to foster meaningful engagement between trained security professionals and industry stakeholders, contributing to the broader goal of national safety and sustainable development.
