Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) proudly inaugurates the Khelo India Ashmita Wushu League 2025, marking a historic milestone in Indian sports. This pioneering initiative is the first of its kind in India, introducing an integrated approach that combines psychological and physical assessments to enhance athlete performance and well-being.
Prof (Dr.) Bimal N. Patel, Vice Chancellor, Rashtriya Raksha University along with distinguished dignitaries, top coaches, and esteemed sports officials, graced the occasion. The presence of the Chief Guest (to be announced) added further prestige to this momentous event.

The Ashmita Wushu League, being held from April 3 to April 7, 2025, features junior and sub-junior female athletes competing in an electrifying display of strength, skill, and determination. Beyond competition, this league is setting a new benchmark in sports science and athlete development.
A Scientific Approach to Sports Excellence
For the first time in India, this league is implementing comprehensive psychological and physical assessments to provide participants with personalized support and counselling. These tests include:
Anthropometric Data Analysis – Measuring body dimensions for performance optimization.
Body Composition Analysis – Understanding muscle-fat ratio for athletic enhancement.
Proprioceptive Control Analysis (PCA) – Evaluating body balance and coordination.
Lower-Body Explosive Strength Tests – Assessing power and agility.
Reaction Time Tests – Measuring reflexes and cognitive responses.

This data-driven approach will allow coaches, trainers, and sports scientists to identify specific needs of each athlete and tailor training programs to maximize their potential. It is a revolutionary step towards scientific sports management and athlete care in India.
Empowering Women Through Sports
The Ashmita Wushu League is not just about competition; it is a platform for empowering young female athletes by providing them with the best resources, training, and scientific guidance. The top eight performers will receive:
Gold Medallist – ₹20,000

Bronze Medallist – ₹10,000
Rest of the Top 8 Players – ₹5,000 each
