Mumbai, 26th January 2025

The National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) and the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) came together today to celebrate the 26th January Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor.

The event commenced with the flag hoisting ceremony, which witnessed the active participation of the senior officials and the entire staff of both organizations. The national flag was unfurled in a solemn ceremony, accompanied by the singing of the National Anthem, honoring the spirit of unity and dedication to the country.

Post the flag hoisting, the staff of NFDC and CBFC actively participated in the Swachhta Pakhwada initiative. As part of the activity, unused files and documents were systematically reviewed and discarded, reinforcing their commitment to cleanliness, sustainability, and efficient resource management in the workplace.

This collaborative effort highlighted the importance of fostering a clean and organized environment, aligning with the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’s objectives and emphasizing the shared responsibility of every citizen toward a cleaner India.

The event concluded with a collective sense of pride and determination to contribute positively to the nation’s progress.
