Central Government establishments in Pune celebrated ‘Swacchata Hi Seva Campaign 2024  initiative with enthusiasm. Various programs and activities like Cleanliness drive, Swachhata Pledge, Essay Competition, Drawing Competitions, Swachhata Run, Sapling Distribution, Blood Donation etc. were organized during the initiative. This campaign began in 3^rd week of September & continued till 2^nd Week of October. Not only the staff but also Common people joined this campaign to make it successful.

Central Bureau of Communication, Press Information Bureau, & Publication Division of Information & Broadcast Ministry observed the ‘Swacchata Hi Seva’ Week by arranging Cleanliness Drive, Tree Plantation.

All the staff from PIB, CBC & DPD pledged for ‘Swacchata Hi Seva’ and disposed all the waste material & scrap from their office. CBC Pune Regional office had instructed their field offices to participate Swacchata Hi Seva program in their respective jurisdiction. Also, They included Swacchata Hi Seva program's component in Exibitions organized during the week.

VAMNICOM Pune recently observed ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ Event in their campus. The event featured a variety of activities designed to install a sense of responsibility and community service among students. Participants engaged in hands-on tasks, including preparing nutritious meals and conducting clean-up drives around the campus, thereby embracing the values of hard work, collaboration, and environmental stewardship.

They organized Talks of different topics like Recycling and Zero Waste Management, Awareness Program on Vermicomposting and Bio-gas, Digital Platforms for Biomass and Biofuel  etc, for promoting a cleaner environment.

Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM) has proudly participated in the Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) 2024 Campaign, a nationwide movement to promote this year's theme of Swabhav Swachhata -Sanskaar Swachhata. As part of this initiative, IITM has undertaken various activitie like Swachhta Ki Bhagidari, Sampoorna Swacchata, Safai Mitra Suraksha Shivir, to contribute to the nation's cleanliness mission.

In Pune Railway Division, Mass Shramdan, Track Cleaning Programme, etc were organized with public participation. 

Bureau of Indian Standards, Pune Branch office organised Essay writing competition on topic- 'How Indian Standards shaping a clean and healthier future' for members of Standards club in School- Shree Mhalsakant Secondary and Higher secondary school, Akurdi, Pune during Swachhata campain.
