Fishery Survey of India launches ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ campaign

Fishery Survey of India (FSI) has planned Swachhata Campaign from 17th September 2024 to 2nd October 2024. This campaign will be carried out in a “Whole of Society Approach” with t’s emphasis on people’s participation making “Sanitation Everyone’s Business”.
The campaign will facilitate large scale citizen participation for Swachhata, mega cleanliness drives with focus on cleaning of dirty and difficult garbage spots (black spots), recognise the contribution of sanitation workers, celebrate the achievements over the past decade, and also reaffirm our commitment to Sampoorna Swachhata.
On this occasion Fishery Survey of India (FSI) and it’s Zonal Bases located across the coast of India will participate with vigour & enthusiasm and will observe “Swachhata Hi Sewa सवछता ही सेवा” (SHS 2024). The detailed program of Mumbai (HQs) and Zonal Base are as follows:
