Sports Authority of India (SAI), National Centre for Excellence (NCOE), Mumbai is conducting selection trials for Men and Women Wrestling Athletes on 12th, 13th September 2024 at SAI, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, National Centre of Excellence, Akurli Road, Kandivali (East), Mumbai,— 400101.

The various facilities for selected athletes of NCOE are: Boarding as per actual recommended by nutrition expert and individualized nutritional plans, good quality lodging facilities, world class coaching by expert panel of coaches, sports kit, world class training infrastructure; competition exposure including foreign exposure (for selected athletes) and educational expenditure assistance, medical facilities, latest scientific support by strength and conditioning experts, physiotherapist, massage therapists, psychologists, etc.

• Vacancy: Greco Roman - 10, Free Style - 2, Women Wrestling - 2

• Reporting Time on 12/09/2024 at 8:00A.M.

• Venue: Sports Authority of India Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, National Centre of Excellence, Akurli Road, Kandivali (East), Mumbai,— 400101

• Boarding and Lodging shall not be provided for the participants of selection  trials.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Boys & Girls in the age group of U-17, U-20 & U-23
2. Boys weight category 57kg and above: Free Style.
3. Boys weight category 65kg + to 130kg: Greco Roman.
4. Girls weight category 50kg and above: Women Wrestling
5. Medalist of state championships.
6. Wrestlers Qualified up to 5th position in National Championship
7. Wrestlers Qualified up to 5th position in National Ranking Tournaments

Note: Achievements of maximum up to previous 2 years (from date of trial) shall be considered. Shortlisted athletes will undergo Age Verification Test

1. Date of Birth Certificate
2. Aadhar Card
3. Sports Achievement Certificates
4. Education Qualification Certificates
5. Passport Size Photographs (Nos.2)
