The Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) in Ambala is set to shift its operations to a new, state-of-the-art facility. The current office located at Plot No. 2014A, Chandigarh Road, Ambala City will cease operations and move to the new location at Plot No. 01, Sector-7, Galaxy Mall, Ambala City. The newly established PSK at Galaxy Mall promises to offer modern facilities and improved amenities, ensuring a more efficient and comfortable experience for applicants. The upgraded infrastructure is designed to streamline the application process and provide better services to the public.

The new office will commence operations from June 24, 2024. Applicants with appointments scheduled on or after this date at the existing location are advised to visit the new PSK at Galaxy Mall on their appointed date and time. This transition is expected to provide a seamless experience without any disruption to scheduled appointments.

The move to the new location marks a step forward in the government’s ongoing efforts to improve service delivery and accessibility for citizens. The authorities have assured that the new PSK will be fully operational and ready to cater to the needs of the public from the first day of opening itself.
