The Annual Student B-fest "SPARDHA 2024" at Vaikunth Mehta Institute of Cooperative Management (VAMNICOM) took place on 27th-28th March, 2024, in the institute auditorium. This year, the theme of SPARDHA 2024 was DHRITI - "Unwavering Spirits". VAMNICOM hosted the Valediction and Prize Distribution Programme on Day 2 of SPARDHA 2024. The event was graced by Dr. Ashish Kumar Bhutani, IAS, Secretary (Cooperation), Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India; Dr. Parag Kalkar, Pro Vice Chancellor, Savitribai Phule Pune University; and Dr. Hema Yadav, Director, VAMNICOM. Trophies and certificates were awarded to the SPARDHA participants during this occasion.

Dr. Ashish Kumar Bhutani, during his speech, motivated the students and youths who have come from different states and participated in the event. He encouraged the students to be a part of the cooperative sector and work for the people at the grassroot level.

Dr. Parag Kalkar expressed delight at the participation of students from diverse states and had proved their talent. He briefed that to become the best manager entails undergoing a rigorous process and achieving excellence on field.

SPARDHA-24 featured six core events like Business Quiz, Best Manager, Business Plan, Brain Crusade, Coopathon, and Financial Analyst, aimed at identifying the best managerial skills among the youths from different universities. Additionally, to showcase other co-curricular talents of the youth, various events like Painting, Singing/Dancing, Photography, Short Ad Film, etc were organized. The event saw students winning a total prize money of Rs. 2.79 lakhs. Over 150 B-School students from 11 States across the country participated in different events.
