The annual Technical Fest hosted by the National Institute of Technology Puducherry, known as GYANITH '24 is organized on 1^st and 2^nd March 2024. Nearly 700 students from various institutes have participated in various workshops as well as science & project expo and technical events such as battle duos, brick it, motor minds, debug duo, code crafters, code hunt, hackathon, robo soccer, bionic quadruped robot show etc. Honourable Home & Education Minister Government of Puducherry Shri. A. Namassivayam inaugurated the function in the presence of Guest of Honor Shri Udhay Paswan, Executive Director, Asset Manager ONGC Karaikal, Director In-charge Dr. Usha Natesan, Registrar Dr. S. Sundaravarathan, Chairman Gyanith’24 Dr. G.S. Mahapatra, Convener Gyanith’24 Dr. Malaya Kumar Nath, Deans, Associate Deans, all Department HoDs, faculty, staffs, and students.

    

Gyanith is a platform started in 2017 that paves the way for the student community to showcase their technical prowess. Gyanith translates to 'inspiring' or 'the one who inspires'. This program allows students to demonstrate their technical skills. The event's comprehensive programmatic framework is designed to cater to the varied interests and aspirations of its audience. Gyanith prides itself on offering a diverse array of workshops meticulously curated to reflect the latest advancements in burgeoning technological domains. Through its unwavering dedication to fostering a culture of innovation and exploration, Gyanith continues to serve as a beacon of inspiration, propelling the aspirations of aspiring technocrats towards new horizons of achievement and success.
