The 10th edition of Inter IISER Sports Meet hosted by Indian Institute of Science Education and Research(IISER) Thiruvananthapuram concluded with IISER Bhopal emerging as the overall champion. IISc Bangalore and IISER Thiruvananthapuram secured second and third position respectively. 

1500 participants from seven IISERs, NISER Bhubaneswar, Center for Excellence in Basic Sciences Mumbai (CEBS) and IISc Bangalore attended the event. 

The sports meet comprised 12 different events, which included football, basketball, volleyball, cricket, badminton, kabaddi, lawn tennis, table tennis, chess, carroms, kho-kho and athletics. 

In the closing ceremony, Prof. J N Moorthy,  Director, IISER Thiruvananthapuram, and the Chief Guest, Professor Arvind A. Natu, Chairman of the Board of Governors of IISER TVM handed over the trophies to the students and addressed the gathering. Prof. K. George Thomas, the Dean of Faculty Affairs, and Mr. Arun Raj, the Convener of the organizing committee among other dignitaries, were also present.
