Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur and Digital Health Academy are delighted to announce the successful inauguration of the groundbreaking Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Digital Health (PGCPDH) Batch-II. The virtual inauguration event took place on November 19, 2023, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The PGCPDH programme is designed to cultivate future leaders who will be pivotal in steering the digital health revolution in India. It offers a comprehensive curriculum covering the intersection of healthcare and technology, encompassing telemedicine, data analytics, digital health policies, and entrepreneurship. The year-long programme incorporates online classes, interactive sessions, live discussions, case studies, and a three-day personal immersion programme at IIM Raipur. Distinguished personalities, including Prof. Ram Kumar Kakani, Director of IIM Raipur, Dr. Rajendra Pratap Gupta, Founder of Digital Health Academy, and Programme Directors -  Prof. Sanjeev Prashar, Prof. Jighyasu Gaur, Prof. Sandeep S, and Ms. Mevish P Vaishnav, graced the virtual inauguration event.

 

Prof. Sanjeev Prashar, Program Director at IIM Raipur, extended a warm welcome and congratulated the admitted candidates, and introduced the digital health team at IIM Raipur and Digital Health Academy. Dr. Rajendra Pratap Gupta, founder of Digital Health Academy, provided an insightful overview of the course structure, emphasizing the program’s significance in fostering the growth of the digital health sector.

 

Prof. Ram Kumar Kakani extended a cordial welcome to all the candidates, highlighting the faculty’s expertise in the course and assuring the participants of the uncompromised

quality of virtual classes. He emphasized the theme center identity and positioned the course at the forefront of the digital world.

 

In PGCPDH Batch-II, a total of 38 candidates secured admission. Prof. Jighyasu Gaur and Prof. Sandeep S introduced the candidates to the attendees, allowing them to share their hobbies. Ms. Mevish Vaishnav, COO of Digital Health Academy, delivered the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all attendees and congratulating the candidates. The event marked a significant milestone in the journey towards advancing digital health education and innovation in India.
