Prof. Dr. Sameer Sood declared that after the resounding success of the 2nd International Conference, The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Gandhinagar Campus, is proud to announce its highly anticipated 3rd International Conference, scheduled for the 14th and 15th of March 2024, at the NIFT Gandhinagar Campus in Gujarat, India.

Background and Rationale:

In a world at a crossroads, where the choice between sustainability and environmental degradation is critical, India, under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, unveiled Mission LiFE at the 26th UN Climate Change Conference in Glasgow. Mission LiFE embodies India's commitment to lead by example, drawing inspiration from its rich traditions where sustainable practices were ingrained in everyday life – shared Prof. Dr. Sameer Sood.

Rooted in the ethos of Mission LiFE, this conference aims to magnify the role of entrepreneurship, particularly in fashion and business studies, as a potent force in shaping a sustainable future. By uniting thought leaders, scholars, practitioners, and students from around the world, the conference seeks to illuminate the intersections of entrepreneurship, sustainability, and cultural integration. This collective exploration will not only celebrate the integration of ancient wisdom into contemporary sustainable strategies but also underline the significance of collective action in propelling global transformation – informed Prof. Dr. Sameer Sood.

Harmonizing Cultural Diversity: Explore the harmonious fusion of Mission LiFE principles with diverse cultures, demonstrating respect for local traditions and values while advancing sustainability.
