Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) RO Mumbai informs that residents can easily get Aadhaar related complaints, information, queries answered and Aadhaar queries resolved by calling the toll free number 1947. For Aadhaar related complaints you should call toll free number 1947. This service is available for 24X7. So can be availed during off office hours also.

This is a toll free helpline. Residents can contact 1947 from their land line or mobile phone and seek help through the automated IVRS mode or speak to an Aadhaar Care Executive. Aadhaar Contact Centers support in 12 languages Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bangla, Odia, Assamese, and English.

Information and guidance for updating date of birth, name, mobile number and address, PVC card information, checking EID/UID update status, guidance for home enrollment service, all these information can be easily accessed by the residents on 1947.

If your update request is rejected, you can call 1947 to get the reason for rejection and take corrective action before you make another update request. Call 1947 and register your grievances, resident will receive a  Interaction number on  SMS within 30 seconds. For knowing status of your grievance’s resident may call and share interaction number with Aadhaar card executive to know the status of grievances. If  any updation on your grievances will also be intimated you on your register mobile no and Email ID.
