52nd National Safety Week Celebration from 04-10 of March 2023 was held at Combat Vehicle Research and Development Establishment (CVRDE), Avadi to promote the awareness of safety precautions among the CVRDE employees. Firefighting demonstration was also held on 09th Mar 2023 with the participation of CVRDE employees.

CVRDE security personnel were involved in the demonstration with the fire fighting equipment and were explained about the safety methods to be followed, during the unforeseen times. Medical team of CVRDE were explained about the CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) procedures and were showcased of the demonstration. V Balamurugan, Outstanding Scientist & Director, CVRDE was also present throughout the demonstration along with the Senior officers and other employees.
