The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya, Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd) today visited the Headquarters of Eastern Air Command.  He was received by Air Marshal SP Dharkar, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Air Command. 

During his visit, the Governor delivered a talk on ‘Civil Military Relations in the North East’ which was attended by the Officers from the Indian Army and Headquarters Eastern Air Command.

The Governor also interacted with the Officers.
