Ajay Joy assumed the additional charge as Regional Officer, Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), Thiruvananthapuram on 28th November 2022. A Deputy Director in the Indian Information Service batch 2013, he has been officiating as the Head of the News Wing of Doordarshan Kerala since 2020.
