ESIC Medical College and Hospital, K. K Nagar, Chennai conducted an awareness programme today (21.11.2022) for the medical students on “Anti-Ragging Guidelines & Prevention of Ragging in Campus / Hostel”

Shri.Adarsh Pachera, IPS, Deputy Commissioner Police, T.Nagar, Chennai participated in the programme as Chief Guest.

During his speech he spoke about the importance of curbing the practice of ragging among the students and also advised for healthy relationship between the juniors and seniors of college which would improve their academic performance and overall grooming into medical professionals.

In the programme, Shri.K.V.Shekhar Raju, Member of ESI Corporation also participated. He spoke in the programme that ESIC taking various steps to improve the healthcare facilities for the Insured Persons and their dependents and many improvements have taken place in the healthcare facilities being provided at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, KK Nagar, Chennai.
