The Union Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting,  Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying Dr. L. Murugan will arrive in Bengaluru on Sunday evening on a day's visit.  Soon after his arrival from Chennai,  the Minister will attend a programme at the Ravindra Kalakshetra in the city to launch a news channel. 

Dr. Murugan will proceed to Goa the next morning. On Monday, the Minister  will  visit the Murmugao Port Trust  and hold review meetings with Fisheries authorities in Goa.

He will proceed to New Delhi the next day.
