The Swachhta programme as received from the PMO and the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) conveyed through Postal Directorate, Special Swachhta Campaign 2.0 is being observed in all the Sub Post Offices of West Bengal Circle (including Sikkim, Andaman & Nicobar Island) during the period of October 2, 2022 to October 31, 2022.

During this Campaign, all the Sub Post Offices of West Bengal, Sikkim and Andaman & Nicobar Islands have been cleaned from the inside and outside of the office premises.

The Circle has also identified 30 offices which are functioning in Departmental Buildings for which special attention will be given and Wall Art will be painted in those offices.

Oralkatcha has been identified as an office in a remote area situated at North & Middle Andaman District of Andaman & Nicobar Island.

In this office white washing, fencing, gardening and Wall Art painting will also be executed. The slogan of the Swachhata Special Campaign is - “ ना छु टे कोई  छोर स्वच्छता चारो और ” .
