NCC CADETS OF TAMIL NADU NCC DIRECTORATE BAG STATE SHOOTING CHAMPIONSHIP WINNING 16 GOLD MEDALS

Cadets of NCC Directorate (Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Andaman Nicobar) set a new record by winning 16 Gold, 2 Silver & 04 Bronze Medals in both Individual & Team events in the recently concluded 47th Tamil Nadu State Shooting Championship Competition held at Trichy Rifle Club conducted by Tamil Nadu Shooting Association from 27 July to 31 July 2022.
These NCC cadets were selected from various places of the State and Under Taking in the month of May and were put through different stages of systematic Sports Shooting Training for two months before the competition. These cadets will represent the Tamil Nadu State Shooting Team in South Zone and National Shooting Championships.
Earlier the another team of this NCC Directorate had already secured overall second position in All India Level Inter Directorate Sports Shooting Competition held at Chandigarh in last month.
