Revised guidelines for Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana - Accelerated Irrigation Benefit Programme (PMKSY-AIBP) and National Projects have been issued by this Ministry in February, 2022. However, the existing funding pattern of central assistance for National Projects has been retained in the same without any modification.

Funding pattern for central assistance in the form grant for National Projects is as under:

1.	Projects in 8 North-Eastern,2 Himalayan States (Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand) and Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh	90 (Central) : 10 (State)
2.	Projects in other States	60 (Central) : 40 (State)

 

Above mentioned funding pattern is in line with the Government of India norms for funding in centrally sponsored schemes.

Revised guidelines for PMKSY-AIBP and National Projects issued by this Ministry in February, 2022, are applicable prospectively.
