Goa Postal Division released Picture Postcard & Permanent Pictorial Cancellation on “Humpback Dolphin, Palolem BO”, Picture Postcards & Special Cancellation on “World Scout Day” & “Palindrome Date 22-2-22” on 22nd Febraury 2022 in hands of  Chief Guest Col.S.F.H.Rizvi, Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji in presence of Dr. Sudhir G. Jakhere, Sr. Supdt of Post offices, Goa Division, Panaji, Dr. M.R.Ramesh Kumar, President,  Goa Philatelic and Numismatic Society [GPNS] at Tapal Bhavan, Panaji. 

The Picture Postcard set PALINDROME DATE containing 04 Postcard viz 02 Postcards on “Humpback Dolphin, Palolem BO”, 01 Postcard on “World Scout Day” & 01 Postcard on “Palindrome Date 22-2-22” will be available with cancellation for sale @Rs.100/- per pack at Philately Counter w.e.f. 22.2.22 in Panaji Head Post Office. 

The Permanent Pictorial Cancellation on “Humpback Dolphin, Palolem BO” will be available at Palolem Branch Post Office w.e.f. 22.2.22. We hope that this Permanent Pictorial cancellation will increase public awareness among Tourists, Philatelists, Students, etc.
