Dr. V.K.Sanjeevi, ITS, CGM, BSNL Chennai Telephones  announces that TELEPHONE ADALAT CUM OPEN HOUSE SESSION will be held, for its customers, to redress the long pending grievances Landline/Broadband/FTTH/Mobile/Leased Circuit segments. The Telephone Adalat cum Open House Session will be conducted by Circle Office under the chairmanship of CGM Chennai Telephones.  The Telephone Adalat cum open House Session will be conducted on 29.09.2021 between 14.30 hrs and 17.30 hrs. Due to prevailing Covid-19 pandemic, this Telephone Adalat cum Open House Session will be conducted remotely over phone. Customers can dial the number to register their grievances or can send SMS/Whatsapp message or e-mail their grievances. All efforts will be made to redress their grievances on priority basis.  Efforts will be made to redress the grievances on the spot. Grievances requiring detailed examination will be redressed within a period of 7 days.

Customers are requested to utilize this Telephone Adalat cum Open House Session to get their long pending grievances redressed.  Details of the Open House Session are detailed below and are available in Chennai Telephones website www.chennai.bsnl.co.in also .
