The Press Information Bureau, Kolkata today celebrated the 74^th Independence Day with dignity and honour. The Director General, Eastern Zone, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MIB) Shri R N Mishra unfurled the tricolour and paid homage to all the sung and unsung heroes of our freedom movement. He also saluted all the Covid warriors of the country and appreciated the activities of the staff of MIB of the Eastern Region who are relentlessly working, despite the hindrances created by COVID-19.

 

 

 

The Additional Director General, Eastern Zone, MIB along with the other officials of the Press Information Bureau, Kolkata was present on the occasion.
