पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी आज अयोध्या प्रकरणी आलेल्या निकालावर शांतता आणि सद्भावना कायम ठेवण्याचे आवाहन केले आहे. 

पंतप्रधान म्हणाले, “ माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने अयोधाप्रकरणी निकाल दिला आहे. हा निकाल म्हणजे कोणाचा जय किंवा पराजय नाही. राम भक्ती असो किंवा रहीम भक्ती, आपण सर्वांनी राष्ट्रभक्तीची भावना मजबूत केली पाहिजे. शांतता आणि सद्भावना कायम राहो !

अयोध्याप्रकरणी सर्वोच्च न्यायलयाचा निकाल महत्वपूर्ण आहे. कोणताही वाद हा कायदेशीर प्रक्रियेचं पालन करुन सोडवता येतो. यातून न्यायालयाचे स्वातंत्र्य, पारदर्शकता आणि दूरदृष्टीची पुष्टी होते. कायद्यासमोर सर्व समान आहेत, हे यातून स्पष्ट होते.

न्यायालयाने अतिशय सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरणात काही दशकांपासून प्रलंबित असलेल्या या प्रकरणावर तोडगा काढला आहे. प्रत्येक पक्षकार, प्रत्येक मुद्दा मांडण्यास पुरेसा वेळ देण्यात आला आणि मतप्रदर्शनाची संधी देण्यात आली. या निकालामुळे जनतेचा न्यायालयीन प्रक्रियेवरील विश्वास आणखी दृढ होईल. 130 कोटी भारतीयांनी आजच्या निकालावर शांतता राखून भारताची शांततापूर्ण सहवासाची वचनबद्धता दाखवून दिली आहे. एकता आणि एकात्मतेची ही भावना आपल्या देशाला विकासाच्या मार्गावर घेऊन जाईल. प्रत्येक भारतीयाचे सबलीकरण होईल.”

The Honourable Supreme Court has given its verdict on the Ayodhya issue. This verdict shouldn’t be seen as a win or loss for anybody.

Be it Ram Bhakti or Rahim Bhakti, it is imperative that we strengthen the spirit of Rashtra Bhakti.

SC’s Ayodhya Judgment is notable because:

It highlights that any dispute can be amicably solved in the spirit of due process of law.

It reaffirms the independence, transparency and farsightedness of our judiciary.

It clearly illustrates everybody is equal before the law.

The halls of justice have amicably concluded a matter going on for decades. Every side, every point of view was given adequate time and opportunity to express differing points of view. This verdict will further increase people’s faith in judicial processes.
