Rescheduling of Winter Session of Parliament is not unprecedented: Shri Vijay Goel

Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs and Statistics & Programme Implementation Shri Vijay Goel, in a written reply to a question in Rajya Sabha today informed that, in the past also the Winter Session of Parliament had been held for lesser period or rescheduled as given below:
