An IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) has been launched for the benefit of superannuating employees of DoT/BSNL of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It was launched by Shri R.L. Jakhu, Pr. Controller of Communications Accounts (Pr. CCA), Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Circles yesterday at 11.30 a.m. at the office premises of CCA, AP & Telangana at Kavadiguda. Among others, Smt M. Anita, CCA and Shri S. Tarachand, Jt. CCA-I were present on the occasion.

 

 

Retiring employees of DoT/BSNL can now get the latest status of their GPF, CVP (Commuted Value of Pension) and PPO (Pension Payment Order) through the IVRS by dialling the Toll Free No. 1-800-4250-6000.  The Office of Controller of Communications Accounts (CCA), AP & Telangana is responsible for authorising the pension of DoT/BSNL pensioners of the two states. At present there are around 22,000 pensioners on its records.
