The Vice President of India, Shri M. Hamid Ansari has condoled the shooting at Munich shopping centre in Germany. In a message, he said that his thoughts and prayers are with the families of those whose loved ones have been killed.

 

Following is the text of Vice President's message:

 

"I am deeply shocked at the shooting at Munich shopping centre in Germany yesterday. My thoughts and prayers are with the families of those whose loved ones have been killed.

 

We stand with the people and Government of Germany. I join the nation in praying for the bereaved families and early recovery of the injured.”
