Vice President Greets People on Holi

The Vice President of India, Shri M. Hamid Ansari has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Holi. In a message, he said that the colourful festival of Holi marks the onset of warmer season and celebrates the victory of good over evil.
Following is the Text of Vice President’s message:
“I extend my warm greetings and good wishes to the people of our country on the auspicious occasion of Holi – the festival of colours.
Celebrated with traditional fervor and enthusiasm throughout the country, the colourful festival of Holi marks the onset of warmer season and celebrates the victory of good over evil.
May this festival bring peace, harmony, prosperity and happiness in our lives.”
