The Legislative Department is organising the Special Campaign 6 under the guidance of the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, which will be executed in two phases.

  • Clearing Pending References: Fast-tracking the disposal of high-priority communications, including references from Members of Parliament (MPs), State Governments, Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), and pending Parliamentary Assurances.
  • Grievance Redressal: Reviewing and resolving long-standing public grievances and official appeals.
  • Process Optimization: Improving record management systems and simplifying administrative rules and procedures for better governance.
  • Capacity Building: Organizing targeted training sessions, workshops, and awareness drives to align officers, staff, and support personnel with the campaign's goals.

Phase 2: Implementation Phase (2nd to 31st October 2026)

This phase will mark the active, on-ground execution of all planned activities:

  • Deep Cleaning Drives: Carrying out intensive, comprehensive cleaning of office premises, common corridors, washrooms, and surrounding facility areas.
  • Eco-Friendly Waste Disposal: Efficiently processing and disposing of all categorized e-waste and office scrap in an environmentally responsible manner.
  • Progress Monitoring: Establishing continuous daily monitoring and reporting mechanisms to maintain strict hygiene standards and ensure the campaign's ultimate success.

The Legislative Department reaffirms its commitment to building a clean, healthy, and sustainable working ecosystem. It calls upon all its officers and personnel to take active individual and collective responsibility to make this national drive a success.
