The Department of Posts will organise a Regional Level Dak Adalat at the Office of the Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji, on September 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

The Dak Adalat will provide an opportunity to address complaints and grievances relating to postal services in Goa Region that have not been resolved within six weeks. The last date for submission of complaints is September 11, 2026.

Grievances relating to Mail Services, Speed Post, Counter Services, Savings Bank services and non-payment of Money Orders will be considered during the Dak Adalat.

Complaints should include relevant details, including the date of the original complaint and the names and designations of the officers to whom it was addressed.

Interested customers may submit their complaints in duplicate to the Assistant Director, Postal Services-I, Office of the Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji – 403001.

Customers are encouraged to submit their grievances within the stipulated time so that eligible cases can be considered during the Regional Level Dak Adalat.
