The Post Matric and Pre Matric Scholarship Schemes for Scheduled Caste students are centrally sponsored schemes being implemented through the State Governments/UT Administrations who invite applications from the students of their State, through their respective portals. Therefore, the data regarding the number of applicants in 2019-20 and 2020-21, including girl students, is not available with the Ministry.

The number of SC and Other Backward Classes (OBC) students who received scholarships, in 2019-20 and 2020-21, including girls, as reported by the State Governments/UT Administrations is as follows:
