• Media Badge collection:

All reporters must pick up their media badge by Monday 14 October to attend the event. Badges are available for pickup at Bharat Mandapam in advance as follows:

• Saturday, 12 October: 9:00-17:00 IST
• Sunday, 13 October: 9:00-17:00 IST
• Monday, 14 October: 7:30-23:00 1ST

• Security Measures 

Please note the following:

• Only badge holders will be allowed access to the venue between 7:30 and 8:30 on 15 October.
• Media should enter the venue by 8:30 from Gate 7, ITPO (IECC Convention Centre) and then proceed to Western Plaza in Bharat Mandapam. No entry will be allowed after 8:30. 
• No entry to the Plenary hall will be permitted after 09:00 on 15 October. 

• Please note that no professional equipment or personal belongings (ex: laptops, cameras, tripods, sound equipment, bags, briefcases, lighters, power banks, water bottles, electronic remote car keys, other electronic equipment) will be allowed inside the Plenary Assembly Hall during the opening ceremony. A limited number of lockers will be available.
