Awareness programmes for motivating young people for voluntary blood donation are being carried out across the country for v

  Awareness programmes for motivating young people for voluntary blood donation are being carried out across the country for voluntary blood donations.

 

     Voluntary Blood Donation camps are organized in the districts with more emphasis on Colleges, Red Ribbon Clubs and Youth Clubs in association with NYKS,NCC, NSS and State Blood Transfusion Councils.

 

   State wise funds released during last three years and the current year including Andhra Pradesh is placed at Annexure ‘A’.

   The state wise annual voluntary blood donation during last three years and the current year is placed at Annexure ‘B’.
