On September 20, 2023, in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), India, has taken a significant step towards enhancing international cooperation in the field of law enforcement and security education. On September 20, 2023, Rashtriya Raksha University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Almaty Police Academy, Kazakhstan, followed by another MoU signing on September 22, 2023, with Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Kazakhstan, under the representation of Dr. L. Venkateswaran, Dean, Research & Publication and Director, SICSSL, and Mr. Ravish Shah, Head of ICOD from RRU, with Almaty Police Academy, Kazakhstan, in the presence of Mr. Saitbekov Aidar, Head of Almaty Academy. These agreements aim to foster educational and scientific collaboration, training programs, retraining initiatives, and the exchange of personnel between the institutions.

The signing ceremony for the MoU between RRU and Almaty Police Academy took place on September 20, 2023, in Kazakhstan, in the presence of Mr. Saitbekov Aidar, Head of Almaty Academy. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in strengthening ties between India and Kazakhstan in the fields of law enforcement and security education. The MoU will facilitate joint research projects, academic exchanges, and the sharing of best practices between the two institutions.

Furthermore, on September 22, 2023, RRU signed another MoU with the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kazakhstan. The signing ceremony was held at the Karaganda Academy. This partnership aims to promote mutual learning and development through educational programs, training courses, and exchange programs for instructors, cadets, faculty members, and students, as well as the introduction of new technologies while promoting scientific research and education.
